Well, it seems that I somehow forgot this one.

Since this is built, cooked and made, I might as well add something to it. I visited Mom in January to take down the Christmas lights and she made something I was unsure of and I mean unsure if I would like it. It was delicious.

Red Cabbage
Apple cider vinegar
a bit of apple
Raisins
Sausage, kielbasa type or smoked
Salt and pepper
and bacon

She served it with a baked potato and a half a sweet potato

More on the half sweet potato

The other half made this...

Yes, a sweet potato pancake with pralines on top. I have yet to make those, but I will.

I tried the red cabbage meal and here is what it looked like.

Mom's was probably better but mine was extremely good also.

...an abstract

This is more of what I consider a pure abstract. I tried it and liked it over all.

so little cobblers..

These things are little bites of heaven. It us phyllo dough put in muffin pans with a spot of butter and baked at 350 to warm up while preparing the filling which is southern cobbler. 1 cup sugar 3/4 cup flour 1 teaspoon of baking powder 1/2 teaspoon of salt about a cup of milk Take fruit, I used blackberries for this, but you can use peaches, blueberries, maybe raspberries and cover with about 1 cup of sugar. It is about 2 - 3 cups or so of fruit that is coated with the sugar. Mix dry ingredients then add milk. Pull muffin pan out of oven that has phyllo dough and butter and put a spoonful or so of cobbler on the dough then top with fruit. Bake until done. 20-40 mins. I do not remember actual baking time.... I cooked til slightly brown.

Not so good paintings

I say that because my perspective is not great because I have little experience in making it correctly. The bottom one was an attempt at doing a painting with a reference. It is beyond my skill level. I will get better, at least I hope I do. Anyway, the bottom painting became the below painting and it is still evolving.
